You are looking at a 1997
Marathon Coach, #0475 XLVS, that is truly one-of-a-kind.
There are several things about this
Marathon
that truly set it apart from other late 90s Prevost bus conversions.
First, it has a 15 foot long Rogue salon
slide, with skylights, that was installed in the shell prior to the
Marathon
conversion being done.
Second, in lieu of the Cruise Air A/C units
typically installed in Marathons, this coach was custom ordered with RVac A/C
units that have vastly superior cooling capabilities compared to the Cruise Airs
when in hot, humid weather.
Third, this coach has front and rear exterior
cap upgrades that include two new Girard patio awnings on the passenger side of
the coach, all just done at a cost in excess of $30,000.
D-deck reading taken on February 23, 2012
shows total mileage on this bus at 95,920.
The
Power Tech generator has had only 412 hours of use.
This bus is in excellent condition and is
ready for travel.
