Royal Coach Tours Gets the Prevost Treatment
San Jose tour and charter operator adds two new Prevost H3-45 units to its fleet
Sainte-Claire, Quebec, December 20th, 2004 – Last year, Sandy Allen, President of San Jose, California-based Royal Coach Tours, took a familiarization tour of Prevost Car’s Quebec headquarters and manufacturing facilities. Soon after, she ordered two H3-45 motorcoaches and she couldn’t be any happier.
“They really gave me the Prevost treatment. Their Customer Service is the best in the business,” said Mrs. Allen. “When you make a large investment, you want to feel that your supplier is behind you all the way.”
According to Mrs. Allen, Prevost’s superior service, which became apparent throughout the extended purchasing and selection process, often amounted to small details. But those small details – such as a personal visit with Prevost’s President – when added together, made a significant overall impression.
“When they delivered the coaches, we expected them to be painted white and that we would have to do the finishing,” Mrs. Allen said. “But when they arrived, they already had the decals with our logo and company name on the side. It was a nice thought.”
