Another innovative use of the
Prevost Car Shell!
When Wally Stern, Director of
Sales/Services for Wunder Bar decided to take his products to customers, he
did it in style; and does it pay off.

Wunder Bar, a manufacturer and
distributor of high quality dispensing equipment for restaurateurs, took a
Prevost Car XLII and converted the coach to a mobile sales facility; with
all equipment operating, ready to roll to the customer's place of business.
"It makes all the difference," Wally
said. "You can show pictures in a catalog or let the customer use the
equipment in person. This coach pays its own way."
Notable features on the slide coach
are the company's proprietary soda dispensing system (charged and ready to
pour) and walk-in beer keg cooler, a tad larger than one might expect to see
even on the highest-end coach.

The line up of operational
dispensing equipment, ready to demonstrate to customers is positioned in the
slide, for ready access for eager demonstrations. It includes a sanitary
lid dispenser, sauce dispenser and an automated pizza sauce distribution
system. The coach also features a fully functional automated, metered
liquor dispensing system.
The Wunder Bar coach has been on the
road for two years with something over 35,000 miles a year of comfortable,
reliable service to Wunder Bar; not including the opportunity for customers
to push buttons, test equipment in person, ask questions and see the high
quality of Wunder Bar products in person.
"When you can pull into a customer's
place of business and demonstrate what you are selling simply by having them
step into our coach, they are impressed," Wally added.
The coach is run every week, year
round to both headquarters and individual restaurants. The rear of the
coach has an ample conference area. Additional features include a large
plasma screen and in-motion satellite system. The distinctive air-brushed
paint job clearly indicates that Wunder Bar! Another great innovation of a
Prevost Car coach is on the road. Both the owners of the coach and their
customers enjoy the benefits of innovation based upon the ultimate in road
transportation.
