James River Bus Lines Hooked on Prevost Service
Family-owned and operated company takes delivery of another XLII motorcoach

Sainte-Claire, Quebec, August 23, 2005— James River Bus Lines, based in Richmond, Virginia, recently added a Prevost XLII coach to its fleet of some 50 coaches. The company began purchasing Prevost vehicles a few years ago and has since purchased six.

“We’ve always known Prevost had a good product, and we decided to make a change,” says Stephen Story, President of James River Bus Lines, explaining why his company switched to Prevost. “We appreciate the excellent customer service and support at Prevost and have always thought a lot of the company.” Story plans to continue buying Prevost coaches in the future, adding that the modern look of the XLII really fits the bill for James River.

Story finds that the Prevost philosophy mirrors his own company’s philosophy. “It’s all in how you take care of the client,” he says, noting that James River focuses on a high level of service and devotes a great deal of time to ongoing training and monitoring employee performance to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

In business since 1928, James River Bus Lines is now run by the second generation of the family.
