Prevost’s Vice President Michael Rochette to Retire

Sainte-Claire, Quebec, June 29, 2005— After 22 years of service to the company, Michael Rochette is retiring from Prevost on July 22, 2005. Widely known and respected in the industry, he will be missed when he steps down from his position of Vice President. Although he is officially retiring from Prevost, Rochette will continue to attend some of the customer activities organized by Prevost.

Rochette graduated with a degree in business administration from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. He then worked for DuPont Canada, Hudson’s Bay Company, and Bombardier, where he acquired extensive marketing expertise before joining Prevost in 1983. At Prevost, he has held a series of vice president positions in sales and marketing—at times taking on both at once.

Rochette was the first true marketing professional employed by Prevost. He modernized the company’s marketing practices by implementing numerous professional tools and developing various marketing strategies, including those to position the company and launch new products. Many highly successful company events attest to his great talent as an event organizer as well.

We at Prevost would like to extend our most sincere thanks to Mike for the outstanding contributions he has made to the company over the years. His service to the company will not be forgotten, and we wish him all the best as he enters retirement.
