Prevost Parts and Service Center Expands
Larger center in Nashville offers even more services.

Sainte-Claire, Quebec, July 8, 2005—To meet increasing demand and better serve its customers, Prevost has expanded its Parts and Service Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The steady growth over the past few years in the Seated Coach and Entertainer Bus Shell markets contributed to the company’s decision to expand.
With 2 new service bays and 22 additional coach parking places, the center now boasts a total of 7 service bays and 41 parking places. To accommodate the larger center, Prevost purchased an additional acre of land from the adjoining property. There is ample room to maneuver coaches and trailers, plus there are additional electrical hookups available for Motorhome owners seeking overnight service and repairs. The wash bay was also completely renovated and updated.
With security and convenience in mind, Prevost provides its customers with a completely fenced property accessed through a keypad controlled gate. Amenities include a customer lounge with satellite T.V., restroom, and laundry facilities.
Gilles Dion, Prevost’s Vice President Parts, Service and US Subsidiary, says, “We at Prevost are extremely proud of our Parts and Service Centers, and we do everything possible to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. That’s why we are pleased to announce the expansion of our center in Nashville, which will be a sure-fire winner with our customers.”
As part of its unwavering commitment to customer service, Prevost has hired additional employees to staff the Parts and Service Center. More office employees are available to answer customer questions and process work orders rapidly. In addition, a 30% increase in service technicians allows service requests to be handled quickly and efficiently. Prevost offers a complete range of services to coach, motorhome, and bus owners of all makes and models. Shop capabilities range from routine maintenance and mechanical repairs to cosmetic upgrades and major accident repairs. The center is also equipped with frame straightening capability for accident repairs. Prevost employees look forward to welcoming customers to the newly expanded center.
