Ben &Rick will put attendees in groups and challenge them with a technical task!
* 10:00-11:15 Women's Exercise Session with Wendy DeSilva
"Total Body Conditioning" is designed to strengthen and tone all muscles of the body. Participants will need an exercise mat, light hand-held weights (3-5 lbs), and comfortable clothes to exercise in. The class will be approximately an hour. We'll start with a brief warm-up followed by a brief stretch to prepare the body to work. Then we'll work all the muscles and finish with a longer stretch. The class is easily modified by the participant to fit all fitness levels. I usually have a wide variety of ages and levels taking my class and everyone is able to work at his/her level.
